The job involves interacting with customers on a daily basis. I learned that I must leave my frustrations at the door because I had to stay happy in order to make customers happy. Management can be sometimes tough because we had targets to meet. The culture of self development prevailed. The hardest part is to deal with unhappy customers. I enjoyed meeting different people and meeting their expectations

I have enjoyed working for this company, as I was travelling a lot even though the hours were long. And it has taught me how to handle difficult clients and pressure.

Very Productive in the society

All good. I learnt on how to work as a team and to be patient and friendly while you work with your clients, most especially the pensioners they are full of jokes they make you laugh all the time. the hardest part is when you drive and it is rainy sometimes you get stuck on deep rural area roads.

able to work under pressure and maintan confidentiality

We have to work from 7h30 to 16h00 make surd that relevant documents for registration are in place . Refer complex quries to Sassa official and follow up until they have been resolved. Interview beneficiaries to confirm if they are enrolling for the right grant

It was productive and it was fun travelling and meeting new people every day and be able to wrlork well with every single one of them

We were registering new sassa pension cards and issuing them to the beneficiaries. We dealt with a large volume of beneficiaries , with different attitude. We worked under pressure at most of the time. It helped me a lot to be able to work under pressure.

It was very fun and needed concentration

it was my first time working with grants I learned the process of changing grants card for SASSA and also to register orphans disable people and pensioners on the system

Doing stock count and asset investigation

There was lot of travell from working station to sites Learned more about government procedures and business as well The management was very nice and not jealous with information regarding work Hardest part when you have to do reports Enjoyable one when you doing a good job your management happy about it

Productive

a typical day at work would when Benefitiary does not bring all the required documents and expecte you to help them, I learned the difference between the types of grant: Grant in aid, foster care grant, combination grant, disability grant and Old age Grant, i can say much about the management but we had manager, I had the most wonderful co-workers the 3 months i spent with them was like we have been friends from pre-school, hardest part of the job was working with community members that you to make sure they are happy at the end of the day, they are informed, successful service delivery, the most enjoyable part of the job was the travelling involved to different villages and towns of the Joe Gqabi District.
