I have learned that no what matter happen I must stay happy all the time. The hardest part was to work on multiple tasks and never rest. The good thing is that the benefits of the company is very good but bad thing is that there's too much risk

Hardwork

Was hard work and I learned alot interacting with people from all walks of life was amazing for me.The staff was very nice aswell. The hardest part of the day was rushing at the end of the day .The most enjoyable part of the day was when advising the client when they seeked advice and helping them.

Productive place to work to

Is good place to be and you can learn more but problem is favoritism, is not easy to be promoted and get paid while you train within the company but external applicant can be given that and you be forced to train him or her

I worked that company under subcontract

Sometimes my boss was so difficult there was no overtime sometimes swearing to us...I think the company was right but cos I was working under contract things turns wrong

Cashbuild is a good with good salary, allows people to grow within the campany and it have good benefits and every staff is a shere holder and all hard workers are rewarded for their hard work by taking them to the hall of fame to receive their award and cheque,

Good work place, im good in product knowledge , i can calculate building plans and generate money out of it.i have trained many people to count and control stock .

Cashbuild was a good company and compiting with other company good product knowledge and develop emoyees with e-learning and code of ethics good customer service and planograms for merchandising stock.

Productive and best working condition

Cashbuild is a number one retail company in South Africa. Good salaries, productive and very professional. It's the best company to work for it. Its treat it's employees in very best manner. And every employee get dividends of shares every 6 months regardless when did you join the company.

I'm a general worker at Cashbuild, it is a good company to work at. It has built my knowledge about hardware and broaden my mind. It's a very competitive company. It also practices the OHASA process, so that we can know about our safety at work.

Good place to work at, I started as a end control back then I was loading goods for customers. After 7 months I was promoted to cashier the next year receiving supervisor. I took me me 2 years to be a trainee Manager. I was fun working for them. Given a chance I will work for them again.

Fun work place

Working cashbuild was great and peaceful i really enjoyed working as a cashier and backup system supervisor. I lean a lot from the company and the customer service is excellent

Work hard until you realise what you are good at as opportunity arises grab with both hands.Good luck and the rest is history and look after yourself and family.Good performance bonuses if you reach monthly target.

Productive and professional. Centralized decision making. Favourable work environment, paying well. Bonus structure based on individual performance. Have worked for the company for 16 years, the experience I've acquired from the company made me confident that I can work in any retail business.

To work at this company is very important because they teach us to improve our self at their works.the other things about this company is they improve all their staffs

Pleasant enviroment

Typical day at work - always busy What I learned - new accounting package ( SAP) Management - Very fair and patient Workplace culture - all races and all work well together Hardest part of job - Ensuring all information was correct when I hand the work over to the accountant Most enjoyable part of job - I got to assist other staff when they were behind to meet dead lines.

It was labour intensive.

Working at cashbuild was challenging human energy but with short breaks.The other issue was the business operating periods which were demanding a lot of time and leaving you with less time to do your personal chores.

Good company to work for with potential for grow. If you put in the hard word you will get the rewards.

As management your day basically consist of doing floorwalks ensuring the store stay neat and clean, making sure all customers are attended to. You need to drive sales and ensure you reach your targets
