You have to be on time starting to work 15 minutes before your starting hour, you must be a good communicator always transfer the call to the relevant person when its needed, no canteen area for the workers during bad weather you must stay outside.they do provide with coffee and sugar only from the first week of the month there's no working microwave to for the employees to warm their food.

fast paced environment, great management team. speak to different clients everyday, learning to solvve different cases. great training. you get to travel the world while sitting on your desk without any visa.

The work is easy and the system is quite easy to use but the only problem is the management they unprofessional they make working for CCD unpleasant. The company also does not provide full time position it's a one month contract position.

Long working hours and there is alot of pressure in terms of having to meet the target.dealing with customers on a daily basis in tough but it teaches you how to handle different situations. Good tele communication is formed and you become computer literate

Worked for the company for jst a year because of some reasons ,hope now they know how to treat people and stop being racist ,the management and CEO needs to treat workers like humans

CCD Couriers provides a good training. If you need experience ccd is a place to start. I really enjoyed working for CCD because I got to learn how to handle difficult clients. I spoke to different people each day. I learned computer, telephone ettiques, sending emails and lot of things at CCD couriers,

Great work environment where it allowed to properly expolore my problem client solving skills as with the different Regions ofice we have clients could be calling in from different areas in South Africa but you still have to be able to solve their complaints and give them good courier service. Also it allows you to be able to work inter departments as you always have to be dependent on the courier department as a call center agent.

my courier was running late and client was very irate regarding this i had to speak to courier and assist the only problem if we notify the client it was gonna be much better that not notify them

Taught me how to do telesales and data capturing. Was hard work for little money. Enjoyed the environment and people that I worked with. Management was a little bit stressful due to temper.

I enjoy working with people, but the hardest part of the job was that I could not speak for my self because when you are not happy with what the company offers and tell them ,you get fired or treated bad, but I learned a lot from the company that customer service is important, how you respond to the clients, how to speak to clients and I was expected to reach target 80 bookings a day ,witch is not easy but what I loved about the company is the fact that they teach you a lot of things

I wish there would be more respect and happy faces from management. Notify month to month contract workers a week before the time instead of on the day. Reasonable lunch hours. And get people to train new staff not people from the call centre and then expect the call centre agent to perform the same way. The half hour lunch break for the whole day is ridiculous.

The company was a corrier copany and we were under alot of pressure to make sure that we get many parcels dekivered to the owners but I managed to reach my target. Management was fair to the department. There were not much team building activities but my department was making it fun for us to work as a team.
