CCI is the good place to work to. Great opportunities, exposure, self esteem. It also give you good reputation to work looooong hours and getting huge salaries

There is no life

I’m not happy at all as an employee you work hard to me please management but they will focus on all small wrong things you do and it is hard to focus cause there is no progress at all knowing that you have pushed yourself to the limit

Fun work place, how you have to be productive

CCI is a very good company especially when you need a place to build your like, once you've worked there every one treat you like family. The only this is that you need to be focused and love the your job, you need to wake up every morning feeling like going to work to excel

Wouldn't want to go back

It was stressful, I couldn't get much sleep because i was working a nightshift. The work culture is terrible and very little progress. Kzn branch has nepotism

Stressful environment, salary benefits are not competitive

Stressful working conditions with outdated software which hampers productivity. Salary range is also contentious issue. A more supportive environment will yield better productivity and would drastically decrease absenteeism amongst employees. I know that this is just a futile activity as nothing will come from it.

996 work culture 9-9 6 days a week Exploitive work culture. Exclusive opportunities for growth, you gotta be in with the right people. Financial devide it huge OM bracket and team leader bracket 20k difference. Your loyalty is an incentive based on certain criteria month to month. Over crowded floors. Always looks for ways to pay the little guy even less a s says they were impacted by covid whilst they are opening 3 new branches on the African continent.

Poor management and some team leader lack to do their jobs and some had moods which isn't nice cause you can't ask for assistance from that person. The pay is so little yet the hours are long and they expect everything to be 100% but they fail to deliver on their side.

Upsetting, Draining, Nonsense

Management is nonsense, the environment is draining, no one was ever eager or glad to be there. People stay because there's really no alternative outside.

On the floor it fun and they also give away nice gifts if you make good sales

It is great experience working for CCI cause I went there with no experience but they putted me though carerearbox than I leaned a lot about call centre and the campaign so this experience was built from nothing , and I am happy because I was able to interact with people from UK I learnt a lot. From this experience

Its not fun working therr the environment is very stressful ad depressingSometimes you feel like resigning ad go home. Cci is a place i wouldnt let any of my friends to work in

Very relaxed

I had a lovely time at CCI and I will love to work there again. I enjoyed the people I worked with very friendly and helpful. The training is very professional and well done, once you get on the dialer life is easier.

Productive

It's a great company to work in, gives slot if experience however they management need improvement. They need to take their team leaders and SOMs and CMs to leadership skills because some find difficulty to take constructive criticism and they end putting unecessary conflicts to HR. Alot of people have lost their jobs because of managers who lack taking constructive criticism and making them personal.

It was fun speaking with customers over thr the phone everyday.Dealing with queries was great because i was more than willing to help customers. Signing up for new deals was also fun because i wanted the best for my customers.

My team made it a fun working environment

The place of work was not healthy cause there were employees who were on drugs and consumed the drugs at work. If you are looking at feeding your family and taking care of yourself the income will be enough.

I don't miss the place, I miss the people in there.

It is a fun environment to be in but the pressure, stress and lack of support in management is very high. If you desperate for a job, go for it but if not then keep on looking.

Good work place for youth to start off their career

Bad place to look for long term growth as there is a lot of nepotism and pressure. In order to succeed you need to suck up to management and overwork yourself. Very stressful and strenuous environment enter at your own risk

Its fun shame because of fellow agents

Not such an exciting environment, the management staff is really bad, for an instant my manager never submitted my resignation letter when I left which had me blacklisted with CCI. So much pressure they focus on number's than to build a strong working environment.
