The company is very goal driven no doubt however when it comes to managment of the consultants it is dine very poorly not to mention inappropriately. In regards to the salary ,one really needs to be driven to be able to make a good living it is definitely not a place whereby one can just expect to recieve a pay check enabling one to survive because that is definitely not the case.
Team spirit, tradition, group team building
Long hours, minimum pay, regular commision cuts, unfair treatment, work over load
Synergistic way of working in store with each consultant contributing towards everyone acheiving the same goals. Absolute pleasure meeting and building good relations with clients although pay is at the lowest, always increasing targets making it near impossible to reach. Constantly decreasing commission payouts. No benifits and forget about salary increase even if you are a top performing consultant. (Cell C Franchise
Incentives paid regulary from cell phone companies -Hauwei, Samsung etc
Duties are way to excessive for the amount paid and you have to clean store no cleaner employed.
I had been working for cellc .For 9 years. The our work ethics and job procedures are unfair and is meant to favour those only in higher management . And rules for me to abide within my respected position . Only applied to a few . whilst favouring others
Being a sales agent is fun until you have to work at places where safety is not high enough which is gonna lead to more stress concerns about your safety instead of stressing about increasing the weekly wage
Long hours and bought our own food .
I made lots of money at Cell C and they always had wonderful incentives. Basic , Commission , incentives and bonuses. It's a nice environment to work in and the hours are flexible as well with 1 Marathon day a week which also helps cover up for your targets if not met.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Working for Cell C was a marvel, the management team was friendly and always available to assist whenever needed and they had a open door policy for staff, there are lots of training's done to ensure that the staff are always knowledgeable about the new products, I learned lot about customer service, being customer centric, being proactive, the hardest part of the job is the working hours and the lack of growth opportunities and the most enjoyable part is the job itself, interacting with different people and solving a clients problem and having another happy client.
Free lunches, Connect sessions, interacting directly with the CEO.
Working night shift
Working there was fun sometimes but there is no security or growth at the company. Theres competition out there look after your staff too
My advice to Cell C is look more after your staff then your business will flourish. A happy staff menber will give fabulous service to attract customers you want.
A great working space, amazing staff and lot of money to be made. I have been to many call centers but this is the first one i found that was trasparent on how to make money and always had the staff best interests at heart. I will forever love Cell C they changed my life.

It was a great experience working at Cell C and i’ve learned a lot from working for the company now i have a lot of experience at that i gained from the company and i am very happy that i also contributed to the success of the company during my time
A combination of factors including; a variety of administrative titles held in the past, extensive customer service experience and an innate sense of adapting to an independent or team oriented environment, leads me to believe that I would be a prime candidate for the position being offered.
