Customer Service (Former Employee) - Ysterplaat, Western Cape - 30 March 2020
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThe time i was working for chubb i learn a lot of things,Like to deal with clients as now I know that there are different type of clients other are rude and others are nice so you must always be calm when you speak with client and try to explain as far as you can so that he or she can understand that you know what you are talking about. and the other thing you must respect your managers and supervisors , You must also listen other person's opinions , Try to work with other people as much as you can so that you will work nice at work, be friendly but focus on your job.

Managers are unprofessional.
EMERGENCY DISPATCHER (Former Employee) - Paarden Island, Western Cape - 22 November 2020
Very unprofessional managers and no future at the place. Drug use allowed on property making it unsafe for other employees. Managers force you into having affairs with them and when you refuse you become a target. Unfair dismissals

Work Culture
Financial Manager (Former Employee) - Mafikeng, North West - 4 December 2019
Due to poor planning or mismanagement, we often found the office full of customers (complains)the minute you open the door. But because of that, I have learned to work well under pressure and that is important in the workplace.I believe that a good manager is someone who ensures that employees have enough resources. to perform at their best.havathethetrequired resources to perform their tasks.Empl

Armed Response Officer (Current Employee) - Midrand, Gauteng - 27 August 2019
Chubb fire&security was the best company ever. Looking after its employees then taking good care of its clients.
Never have more than 10 complains from the clients or employees on 1 month.

Security
Operations manager (Former Employee) - South Africa - 8 June 2019
As I said before that security is not a industry you can expect to build a future in as the pay package is very small and not something to survive on. It is not even valuable to live on.

fun workplace
Key Accounts Administrator. (Former Employee) - Paardeneiland, Western Cape - 9 August 2018
Chubb Fire and Security has been bought out and new management has taken over and new rules apply.
A busy open plan office environment that can be very vibrant at times and very daunting if you are not used to it. Patience is definitely a virtue when working in a corporate company.
The most enjoyable part of the job was customer satisfaction.
Pros
I don't know
Cons
long hours
