If you were in charge, what would you do to make City of Cape Town a better place to work?
I would definitely not allow race, bbe, credit scoring or basic credentials in which the employee can prove their expertise, to hold our City, our Country, our Nation back from providing for their families or communities with their basic need of living, eating and just being a loyal contribution to our economy. I would most definitely make it my priority to provide each and every citizen, who has the desire and ability to work, with best matched or suited employment.
I have not been to Cape Town for over 20 years and therefore I do not know what the Cape is like. I would like him or her to listen and communicate on regular basis with the public regarding issues that surfaces. Communication is extremely important and do not make promises that you cannot keep. So be realistic and always have a plan B or even C.
