  • In my opinion at an in store lower level, Clicks is a good company. Staff are helpful, they are knowledgeable about what they are doing and they know how to run a business. That being said, the people much higher up only knows how to run a business and do not know how to treat those that are the face of Clicks. RMs, AMs, CEOs the entire lot do not know what is happening at store level (maybe they do know but don't exactly care) . They expect too much with minimal staff, minimal pay, a budget that is ridiculously lower than the previous years and they do not adhere to the labour modules that has been set out by themselves. The ones that works at store level should work under pressure of long queues and unhappy customers because Clicks could not care less about hiring more people at each store, they would rather open up new stores left right and center than catering for the existing ones. They need to start taking care of their own people, period!
