Sucks
Driver merchandiser (Former Employee) - Nacogdoches, TX - 21 May 2022
Sucks there. They don’t take care of the people that already work there and have for years. They have drivers training new employees and the new employee is making more of an hourly wage than the person training them.
Pros
None

Good job, good pay, super long hours!
Order Picker (Current Employee) - Waco, TX - 18 May 2022
Wonderful job with great pay and incentives. But super long hours, I hope you enjoy working all the time. Because that's all you'll do, not time for family, sleep, or social life.
Pros
Good pay, great benefits, decent management.
Cons
SUPER long hours

a good job if you have no family or life and can deal with rude people.
Order Replenishment Merchandiser (Former Employee) - Oklahoma City, OK - 8 May 2022
essential its physical work fast paced but easy. the amount of work is based on location, and the size of your crew. dont expect help it is unlikely to receive any unless at a major account. always understaffed due to work environments. The co workers are usually great. Management is management out of touch with modern values, and is worried more about the account than you as a person. Extremely horrible store employees, management, and customers. they ruin the job experience completely. The coca cola in no way protects their employees from hostile and abusive management they will simply relocate you. it is not about you the employee it is about the account by any means necessary.

Exhausting with a lack of management
Order Replenishment Merchandiser (Current Employee) - Conroe - 3 May 2022
This is a job that will work you till you are mentally and physically exhausted. They will work you six days a week and give you one day off because they are so short staffed and not able to hire enough people for to fulfill all store routes. I would not recommend this job for anyone who is not physically able to move and work out during the job. The management is an inept and does not know how to manage a team not only from your direct manager but all the way up the chain of command. When trucks are late they expect you to stay on the clock until the store is done which could be all the way till 5 PM or longer. Even though you may start your shift at three in the morning you may work until four in the afternoon because the team demands must be met. I would never recommend this job to anyone.

The pay the management and the moral are all bad
Forklift Operator/Warehouse (Current Employee) - Abilene, TX - 1 May 2022
I do not recommend working here unless you are young and really don’t have much of a family life. The pay is poor and the raises even worse. Management is ridiculous and have no regard for your family life.

Fast paced with long hours.
Order Builder/Loader (Former Employee) - Amarillo, TX - 26 April 2022
Reminds me of affiliated foods but easier work and almost always have weekends off. Shift leads give false information and don't do much except rush people to get done and go home. i would only work here if I had no other choice.
Pros
Free drinks
Cons
Long hours .low insentive and hourly pay.

Management
Sales Execution Manager (Current Employee) - Houston, TX - 13 April 2022
Senior Management is inexperienced with leading people leaders. A lot of micromanagement and I am seeing only women promoted. The benefits are very average with high deductibles. The mileage payout for leaders is also well below the IRS standard.

Distribution Center Administrator - Employee (Current Employee) - Channelview, TX - 12 April 2022
the company seems to care about drivers and others (external) people instead of their current employees and promoting from within. it saddens me to think that they are not employee friendly.
Pros
you will be employed
Cons
work life balance is none

No money for the work You do
Driver (Current Employee) - Channelview, TX - 11 April 2022
Not a good paying job. Over work you. Management is good, all they care about are hitting numbers. Work life balance is off. Never granted a day off when requested.

Low pay and they don't value your opinion.
Driver (Current Employee) - Houston, TX - 8 April 2022
Low pay and they don't value your opinion. Old beat up Jack's. I'm a full-time employee but I barely get 40 hours. Overtime is hard to come by. Raises are low and not worth it.
Pros
3 weeks vacation plus a buy week.
Cons
Raises are low and not worth it. Hard to get overtime.

Steady job
Route Driver/Merchandiser (Former Employee) - Austin, TX - 6 April 2022
If you like working 14 hours a day this is for you! A plus if you like working those really long hours with bad equipment, driving 15-20 year old trucks that do not have AC, in the Texas heat… this is for you.

Depressing job, not allowed to do anything but work like a robot
Order Picker (Current Employee) - Abilene, TX - 27 March 2022
They expect you to be a robot, and won't tell you that you have to stay late until a hour before your suppose to leave. There are 3 managers/supervisors all they do is sit and complain if they see you not working for one second.
Pros
Free drinks
Cons
Favoritism

An horrible company to work for.
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Tyler, TX - 13 March 2022
The job does not pay well enough hourly. They start driver’s at $18. You make money on the 20 plus hours of overtime you work a week. You merchandise the products you deliver. Unless you desperate don’t do it.

Zero work/life balance and expectations unreal
Merchandiser (Current Employee) - Tulsa, OK - 13 March 2022
There are constant employees resigning for various reasons, so the employees who stay loyal get punished with 12 hour work days and unreasonable work loads.

Not the worst job. Gets physical at times
Driver/Merchandiser (Current Employee) - 1700 CrossPoint - 12 March 2022
Good place to work. The overtime is there. The managers are cool, been there just about a year. In the summer it gets crazy with Texas heat just stay hydrated and take your time.
