Nice company to work for , can stay with the company very long.
You can retire in the company. Not a lot of growth up wards. Targets achievable due to the company reputation and quality products. They hire all age groups.

I enjoyed every day working at Coloplast because of the environment and management. I have learned a lot at Coloplast credit notes. journals etc. Management was great. I am a peoples person so I got along with everyone. The hardest part of the job was when my contract ended.
