This was the best company to work for. There is time in life where I needed change and that was when I left the company. It was a relaxed environment with 80% of staff being youth. Hardest part of the job was labour relations. (did not like it when people lost their job). Other than that, I enjoyed everything about HR,

Respond to emails, draft letters to external parties, make recommendation for referral and non referral to the tribunal, drafting reports and conducting research. I learned a lot from the economists, using competition economics to better the lives of the most vulnerable in society. the hardest part is having to inform complainants that their case will not be investigated, and the best part is knowing that my skills are put to good use, contributing to the health of the economy.
Pros
Great place to be if you want to contribute to the economy of the country
Cons
a lot of economic content

Interesting challenges on a daily basis
Learned a lot about Competition Law and general aspects of the Law

Very friendly, motivating and challenge-driven colleagues

As an administrator, it is my duty to oversee and make plans for everything in the to office run smoothly and you are sort assisting the Manager in managing everyone and their duties in the office, therefore the hardest part of the job is that you have to be selfless ad there is no such thing as having a bad day - work has to be done effectively and timeously

The enjoyable part of the job is to see all targets/deadlines being met and tasks being fulfilled no matter how challenging
Pros
Rewards and recognition
Cons
Long hours
