Typical Day - Review previous days stats and implement recovery plans for any failures. Escalations, meetings and quality reviews Learned - Lean and Agile way of thinking Management - With a UK CEO, and some inexperienced managers, the culture changed dramatically and lots of people started resigning. Inconsistent management of staff Workplace Culture - Changed with the new management team with lots of nepotism Hardest part - Micro management, having to issue your staff warnings unnecessarily .TL's not spending enough time to manage their staff Most enjoyable part of the job - being the only team passing customer SLA's and the least attrition rate. Arranging team fun activities

Most teams do not have micro management which is good, as long as the delivery of your work is good and on time you can pretty much do what you want. You need to create your own opportunities here as they will not come to you.
