Was great in the beginning but inertia over time. A reorganization every year. And when acquisitions started, they didn't get integrated very well before the next one came along. But learned quite a bit and saw how to put infrastructure and process in place.

Was a great company, not so much any more

Was good when I started. Then more recently expectations got too high and workload became too much. After many complaints from the team, management finally took notice, reduced the overly high goals. Then slowly workload increased again. So just endless cycle of getting overworked, then it eases, then goes back to being overworked.


Development days to learn about most anything, like financial literacy, wine tasting, etc.


Hours are long, management just overloads you with work.

Fun and enjoyable if not part of GPS

There is a reason only 2-3 people remain of my time at cornerstone in the global product support team, and that's because they moved out into better roles. Extremely stressful, lack of support, and customers are so bad at technology you wouldn't even believe. The system of course is not perfect and sales over sells features constantly, but the HR reps from the companies reaching out for technical support have a laughable knowledge of technology. Highly don't recommend.

Stable job, not that interesting

Great people in the company, stable jobs with good people. Product management needs investment, and some more enthusiasm needed from colleagues. Great benefits though.

I would work for them again... great products and strong company vision

I would work for them again... great products and strong company vision. They need to improve Regional Directors Leadership Training and help current leaders be fair and supportive coaches.

Customer Focused

We were given the freedom to do what was right for our customers, always, with their success in mind. We were consulted by managers about projects before they were assigned to ensure a good fit. Amazing team of co-workers who supported each other with assistance, coverage and back/up on accounts so you could go off on PTO, and sharing of knowledge and collateral to make everyone’s jobs easier.


Supportive team and management, Unlimited PTO (that you really got to take). Work/ life balance was important to management team.

Everyone has to put the CEO above God

It’s all sucking up to the big boss. They say it’s harder to get a job at CSOD than it is to get into Harvard. Err most companies are. They like the big sell but behind it, it’s one car crash to another. Management are weak.

I learned a lot about Talent Management Software and how to support it.

Cornerstone Ondemand is the best paying Tech Company in Utah to me. Management is very supportive of you achieving personal and company goals. They treat you good as well.

Contract to hire ( no job security)

Every day is good day unless you love what you do and same i am passionate about coding About management yes i learned that i have to be very sure how i am going to work in whole day about my task and how will i manage my team co-ordination and client too at the time when i very much in stress. hardest part of job to be very patient and focus when your colleagues creates joke. most enjoyable part for me is when i get some new things to develop and that is very tough to do in given time lines too.

Fun working place

A good learning experience with different exposures. Great working environment. Job culture is good. The company takes care of the employee. Free lunches on Friday and free breakfast everyday.

Management is poor

Its a grind. Don't bother going to this company unless you want to do a grind. Be at your phone whenever and wherever your manager calls you. Vacation or PTO time does not matter.

Productive fun place to work, pool and ping pong, along with snacks and drinks

Cornerstone OnDemand as a whole was great, workplace culture to learning, It is a fast pace company, At this time choose not to review about the management.

Management strives to make CSOD a great place to work, and invests in their employees. Work/life balance within the Finance culture could be better however.
