Productive and nice place to work
Accounts manager (Current Employee) - Bellville, Western Cape - 25 April 2017
My typical day at work is been busy overseeing the day to day running of the business, stock control and attending to queries. Learning how to work as a team although having my separate duties is an added advantage to me. The management is supportive and want to bring out the best in every worker. Our culture at work is to satisfy clients. The hardest part of my job was conflict resolution and the most enjoyable part is when i meet my target for the month.
Pros
off duties
Cons
Working on weekends

dynamic work environment
organisational manager (Former Employee) - Parktown, Gauteng - 20 November 2016
I am given the creative freedom to co-ordinate events, given that i remain within the financial boundaries. I have learnt a lot from my colleagues especially pertaining the skills they possess, consequently I have learnt use this advantageously to meet the objectives of the organisation. The vision of the organisation is ambitious and challenging, however, I enjoy being pushed and not settling for complacency
Pros
durable working hours

junior sales manager (Current Employee) - Port Elizabeth, EC - 10 September 2014
I've learned to work under pressure, interact with people kind and difficult persons and having to be humble all the time and wear your smile everyday. Learnt the ability of to handle each and every individual in their own special way. Being extrovert and introvert. making your own fun at work. To be accurate, efficient, precise and effective and be assertive when needs be.
Pros
Not really.
Cons
When needs to work long hours, yes i do work long hours
