Hire and fire easily, managers are rude and treat you bad very unfair company to work for. I enjoyed working with my immediate supervisor and colleagues.Office staff was very rude.

Back yard operation

A small poorly run operation with questionable ethics. Family owned and a poor employer in terms of decency. Ethics are bad and the culture (as dictated by the owner) is toxic.From management with total lack of skill and professionalism and foul mouths, to total disregard of respecting the candidates who come in for interviews. A "GM" who is under 21yrs of age (son of owner) disrespects the staff as well as the applicants - swears at them and behaves badly. Staff turnover is massive and people - both employee's and applicants are bad mouthed as soon as they are out of the door.Not a "company" anyone would want to associate with.

Horrible. Foul mouths. Judgy management.

Really foul mouths. People are judged on appearances and weight. The interviews are really harsh. Really didn't enjoy the work. The way things are done and handled! Not professional at all.

Exemplary managed service provider

Truly a wealth of knowledge within this incredible organization. A well structured company with opportunity for growth. Management is of the highest caliber, knowledgeable, experts in their respective fields and treat all with dignity and respct.

Dictorial!!!

If you can tolarate abusive, foul mouthed, belittling leadership, then this culture is for you. Micromanagement is the norm...daily...threatening your job daily...you dont know if you have a job from day to day...so if insecurity in your job life is for you...apply here

Working at cre8work

Although we are fast paced we also have our fun moments. We are hands on and close all circles. The company make sure that our clients are satisfied and the employee got treated with dignity

One man show.

No job titles Do as your told. Can't challenge the authority and always meet deadlines. Put in more work but not appreciated. But always great feeling to help individuals and companies

This company is not only a flagship leader in its industry but also goes out of its way to treat their staff fairly and honestly. Anybody that is looking to be placed, for work at CRE8WORK itself or a company that needs to outsource its staffing and other solutions would do themselves a massive favor by using CRE8WORK.

very demanding but you learn so much than you ever would anywhere else hours are sometime long, dont just learn what you were employed for you learn about every aspect of business

unfair treatment

Blue collar recruitment, tough calls as staff dont pitch up for work at client sites then you get blamed for the incompetency of other people as you interviewed them

Work

Do weekly and daily panning of the branch. Open and close the branch. Enjoyable part of the job was the people. Managed employees at sites as well as office. Did weekly time sheets. Did daily interviews. Did CCMA cases, dismissals and warnings.

Disrespectful

The company has no morals or ethics which I believe completely in . The manner in which situations are dealt with in extremely unprofessional .Languages used by the CEO himself to staff and treatment of staff is atrocious.
