awesome place to work at really enjoyed my time working there , managemnt style is the best ive ever seen , the colleges were friendly and fun to be around

I can usually deal with high pressure environments but this is unnecessarily stressful

The job itself if not difficult, but management makes it unbearable. Work/life balance is non-existent. The salary is also very little and honestly one of the worst jobs I've ever had.

Productive and fun

They really do take care of their employees and management in the Contact centre is amazing. They are like family and support one another. They are really nice people

Stressfull no respect for sub ordinates unprofessional

Bad...one of the most awful job i ever had . Very bad. employees are not looked after. IT systems not working properly. Errors all the time. Employees held accountable for system malfunctioning.

In interview they advised that there is growth in the company. They also advised that it is a learning platform yes that’s true .Hours are ment for people with no children or families as the working hours are not good

Great company to work for. Looks after employees who works hard

CLC is a great company to work for if you are willing to work hard and learn. I have seen a few negative reviews. I am living proof on if you work hard and go the extra mile, that you will go far in the company and they will look after you. Yes, like in any company, there are times when you need to put in the extra hours to get your work done.

If you do not do your work correctly (after being trained), or you just want to give the clients average service, you will not be happy in this company, as the CEO strives to provide Exceptional customer service to all clients

The company has a success formula and can do very well.

CLC is a company with huge potential. It has good systems and a very good client base. I have learnt a lot about workflow processes and systems to drive it. Most of the people working there are good, hardworking people.
