il brand di riferimento

Ambiente competitivo, attività scandita da CRM, KPIs chiari. Al di fuori dell'ufficio si parla e si scrive in inglese. Non farsi contagiare dalla spocchia dell'arroganza dell'azienda leader

High Stress

Wow! Where to start? There is a HUGE communication disconnect between Sales, Management and the production staff. High pressure all the time to make numbers but they also say "Safety, Quality, Speed" in that order but constantly badger the production people to meet an unrealistic schedule. Engineering does NOT listen to "improvement in manufacturing" suggestions from those that are actually building the product. Suggestions that would help eliminate returned defective products. Management always says..."Team" but they refuse to actually listen the the people that are actually building the product. Work flow is horrendous. Start here, move assemblies WAY over there, then move it back to where it started only to be moved all the way across the production floor only to return back where it started. In 4 years...it never improved. It is a very frustrating place to work!

Meh but there’s nothing else around

No room to grow. Leadership is weak. Low moral. You’ll enter happy and about 10 min into the shift you just wanna go home. There’s really not much to say. You get paid by the hour yet if you finish everything they’ll find something else to for you to do so everyone just does the bare minimum. They have pointless meetings daily to remind you that they’re past due to make it “more personal”. safety out the a** should be their motto. It’s ridiculous. Issue is the only other options in town are just as bad for 16-20$/hr unless you wanna get paid 10$/hr to work retail. Only good thing is the weekends you might get off depending on if they wanna rush more products out the door.

Un lugar tranquilo, aveces demasiado

Un lugar tranquilo para hacer prácticas, con incremento de sueldo semestral, puede que no tenga tanto crecimiento

To much overtime

The company will be on overtime for 3+ years working 6 days a week giving you 1 off day the supervisors and more skilled jobs do not work overtime at all short break and they expect you to come to work 10 minutes early without getting paid for those 10 minutes no growth at all

Pros

Nun

Cons

Short breaks working 6 days a week

Great, work life balanced

I learned a lot from the people and the work environment. Though just a short period of 3yrs. Working with people around the world helped me to get to grow as an individual. They promote work life balance. And value the workers well

I do not appreciate the new people currently in HR at Van Wert. Too busy talking sports and

People in HR roll their eyes when you ask a question. Worst HR people EVER!!!!! They know nothing about FMLA or other questions about pay, etc. The guy knows nothing and is supposed to teach a new girl??!!?! She needs to learn some manners. A small group of people in a spacious office are in charge of rearranging lines. The west side looks like a total mess, with no room to process longer parts and and access in and out of cells is almost always blocked. What would you do if people fell over skids during a fire, cracked their head, and burnt up!!?? Are there not fire codes in place,??!!?? The big glass office took the space of 3 lines. I cannot understand the reasoning behind forcing people to work in a cramped and difficult work environment, while all the space is wasted on a few people in an overwhelming huge office who have no clue about adhering to safety standards. Safety should be the #1 priority. People who raise questions are treated very badly.

Not the best

I was fired for taking an approved vacation. I’m still frustrated. They wanted more production than the machines could physically provide and it was my fault that it takes 12 minutes to make a part. The trainer was really nice and helpful though.

Pros

Insurance day 1

Cons

Equipment was meh

Good benefits, better than average pay , work/home balance not so great

This company has great benefits based on other companies in our area. Supervisors are great. Mandatory overtime not so great but it does make for a nice paycheck.

Pros

Mandatory overtime means good pay

Cons

Short breaks

Too strict, mandatory ot could be told at last minute but you have to work it, no work/balance life.

Good co workers to work with. Feels like a small family. Management does not understand the flow of work so it makes a already hard job tougher by trying to get employees to work harder and faster to meet too high quotas. Not enough employees on hand to meet that kind of demand but they will try to enforce meeting such ridiculous numbers without the manpower. Overtime is MANDATORY. Meaning Good luck if you need to get something personal done or forbid you or a loved one is sick and can’t show up to work or can’t show up. You will be reprimanded but they can text or call you at night to tell you the next day you have to work.

Pros

The people there that you work with is what make that job sustainable

Cons

Not a single care for blue collar employees

A fair, unbiased review of working at Danfoss at the Easley, SC location.

I would like to give a fair and unbiased review of my one year at Danfoss.I have no complaints with the supervisors or any of the managers. For the most part, they treat you fair. If you have an emergency they are understanding. HR is also pleasant to work with. Starting pay is great as well as benefits. There is one Team Coordinator who is clueless about how to work the entire production line he is in control over, but I will not get into that. I highly recommend working at Danfoss for the following type of person:1)Fresh out of high school/GED and needs some real life working experience.2)Someone who might be in a tight situation/personal situation and needs a steady work schedule with reliable hours and decent starting pay/benefits. **This does not seem to be an easy place to make a career by any means, unless you have one of the mentioned degrees below**3)Someone who has no life skills that would qualify them for higher paying/skilled jobs. This type, if they end up staying, will eventually be promoted *possibly* due to longevity with the company. This involves working production in various areas for years before this opportunity arises. This involves doing the same thing over and over. It is incredibly easy to learn most aspects of the job but they prefer those who have been around for a longer amount of time. -Now there are exceptions.. in certain areas such as stocking/water spiders. They seem to come and go due to the higher demands of the job. It is most likely easier to be promoted in this section of the company. A lot of the Team Coordinators in other -

Good teams with bad managers

Managers in Danfoss need to learn to talk properly with team members. The person who dose most of the works are not given opportunity for growth. But the person who act like a pet to the manager are give all benefits.

Pros

Good co works

Cons

Managers do wrong things and take wrong decisions and argue that it is the best, There is no healthy discussion.
