Unprofessional company
Operation Manager (Former Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape - 9 August 2020
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThis company is really unprofessional, they do not follow the Labour law. They just do as they please. H.r is not skilled and they dont even follow simple processes and procedures.
All they want is people that will listen to them and follow blindly

Unprofessional, unfair, lies

Worse is an Understatement
Developer (Former Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape - 30 September 2021
Managers doing as they please and changing the rules to suit them. No perks and salaries increases for staff, late salary payments etc. The list goes on. I recently learned that they hired someone based in the UK earning substantially higher than me but working under me, thier response was the cost of living is higher there. IT professionals get paid global market salaries based on level and designation. Managers started treating me badly after I resigned.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Everything is broken here. No go area!

Favouritism
Agent (Former Employee) - Bellville, Western Cape - 16 November 2020
This company is a joke to start with, communication is so bad. Managers in QA letting certain agents get away with DPA fails when they should be getting final written warnings, they say they will work anyone out the door that does not follow the team culture(which is to favour certain individuals that are bad at their jobs and help them grow because they are friends with managers). Pathetic how the managers run this business, no wonder there are always issues with everything and so many ccma cases. These managers are not even shy about what they do, treat people like dirt. If you want to be treated fairly, then this is not the place to work. They have good campaigns being runned by the wrong people, most of the good agents have resigned with minutes notice, so that should paint the picture . Regards, A agent tired of nonsense. -investigate your managers

Business Development Manager (Current Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape - 11 June 2020
Not people focused just numbers, lots of broken processes and lots of development needed in order to be better. Needs to be more poeple focused and communication can be better, lack of leadership within senior management

De-motivating
Team Manager (Former Employee) - Canal Walk, Western Cape - 10 March 2020
Ever since the current Operation Manager has been recruited, this person found a way to work me out of the company to bring in their own friends and when this person succeeded. I thank led God every single day because now I am much more happier and got everything I wanted in the position and I'm up for a promotion which when I get it I will be 2 levels higher than operations.

Everything about DBC. There is no values. Each employee is just a number

Shifty UK outsourcing scam
Utilities Broker (Former Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape - 20 November 2019
Horrible company to work for. Poor leadership, no training, and no growth. Management is under constant change and HR does not keep a proper record of things. Policy/contract changes at will. No internal growth. Lots of phishing and angry customers due to nature of work. Owner does not pay for actual work or figures, but rather "on goodwill". Worst experience of my life.
