Awesome Company to work at
Yes DBC International is a awesome place to work for yes the company is in its second year a lot of changes for the better and good salary is well paid. Working hours are great Monday to Friday off Weekends no shift hours. Most people who are reviewing the company in a bad light has left due to their negative behavior. Yes no company is perfect however if you push yourself and most important come to work and not sick abuse you can grow it’s all about the person themselves yet again in life you can’t keep everyone happy.A lot of change is coming for the good. The bad reviews and negative reviews are people who were playing with the jobs left the company to go elsewhere for more money however no crying to come back to DBC International. If you in the clear come to work follow your job 150% be loyal then you would see things in a different light and definitely grow.People say many bad things about the company because they are to busy with other people personal business and management and HR business when they should be thinking about their own working life. Many negative reviews people left but yet now crying and wishing to come back.DBC International is going to greater things awesome HR and General manager now.Yes with the new people in HR and General manager things are looking awesome for the company and future. If you believe in a company and be loyal the company will be Loyal to you trust me.
