Is the company that cares for its employees and customers and they live their values. Working at De Beers you automatically become a safety ambassador and they give you portable skills that can be used beyond lifespan of mine.

It's good place
De Beers is nice place, you get free lunches and most managers are understanding if you have to go out for personal matters such as Doctors app, or attending to a sick child at school. Remuneration and benefits is good.Downside, career progression can become stagnant
