I believe that production is the main goal of our business

It's good place
De Beers is nice place, you get free lunches and most managers are understanding if you have to go out for personal matters such as Doctors app, or attending to a sick child at school. Yes it is productive
The mine is helping the community and the goverment by building schools ,toilets,computers for students and they help people with t shirts,some of the employees of debeers espetialy management they dont have qualification ,that is they have lot of accident in the mineAssistant Plant Foreman in Cullinan, Gauteng
