The working hours are ok, and especially for project.The safety system at De Beers have to be improved The security system is ok, but some areas needs some improvement De Beers has a great culture and it is possible and easy to improve the systems

De Beers is a great company to work for. The company will alway be the leading company in the diamond mining environment. Being with the company it was and still is a company with great values and vision. The working environment is world class due to the years of being the world leader in diamond mining.

de beers is paying it's people a very good salary and working condition as far as safety is concern, the highest standards are the only standards excepted
