It is very quiet, you are forced to do flyer drop even though it is not part of your contract. Management very spiteful and conspire against employees if they don't want you working there anymore. Management threatens staff with their jobs

Okay place to work at

No benefits. Great salary compensation if well negotiated. Management is poor. Work/life balance basically nonexistent. Great colleagues. Performance bonus monthly included in your salary.

I enjoyed working there meeting and seeing different cultures and religions

I loved my work bt jst wanted to do more bt I wasn't given the opertnity do show thn that I cn do and give more to the company ..everyone loved the way I cleaned the place and practice safe protocall see tht we were in the heart of lockdown.jst wish I had gotten tht chance I won't mind doing everything over again bt making sure they recognise me and saw my ability to do things

Good working environment

Good working environment, hard labour and very less pay. No job opportunities, have benefits that you cannot afford. Very poor care for people and very ungrateful.

Fast paced

My overall experience was great, I started as a security, and ended up running a website, it was some of the best days of my work life, like a said stressful but was all worth the challenge, the guidance from the director has shape me into who I am today

The area manager has no feeling or remorse and is considered by many to be a monster or an robot. I would not wish any position at decofurn on my worst enemy.

Working at Decofurn

Working in this environment is a dead end. Where you work you stay. There's no real staff training nor advancement. You fight your way throughout the process to get proper information about certain processes to assist customers

I am harding work guy able to do everything as company need me to do

I’m very friendly with people as well with clients willing to work overtime as per company like to lane some of technology and am very well quick understand

Stress galore

Circus at its best. No support. No job security . No thank you. Work till you cant anymore. Its stressful and senior management manipulat a person. Wont suggest this ace to work for!!!

Working in decofurn

I just started to work in decofurn in 2015 and i just gained more based skills in cleaning just for having a good deeds for improving a good mastiplulation on cleaning and i fell quite good on it

Senior management

The staff is very supportive but is constantly in trouble with the area leader who is not supportive or approachable. Working hours are long and only allowed 1 weekend off.

Data capture position

Based in the warehouse, in front of a computer, capturing information from invoices onto the system and producing labels for the actual stock. I was my first experience in the retail sector.

Very high energy. very strict on time management and pace

I love the energy of this position and company, however, family time is very limited. 6 days a week. Very long hours. I need more time with my family and therefore have made the decision to look for employment as work from home. I am very driven and know that I will be a true asset

Productive workplace

Your day at work starts off with a morning bible study which is a great start to the day, you then start with your admin duties as well as sales on the floor. I have learnt that customer service is of great importance and overall it just feels good to make a stranger happy as well as making them feel apart of the family when they return. We have a great team and its always fun to reach your target for the month.
