A very challenging and productive workplace

The working conditions were not that much bad, though the Department had a problem of lack of resources and sometimes poor supervision, there was no time to relax and it really motivated me to always give my best and meet all deadlines.

Pros

Peer review, challenging, fun and helpful

Cons

Lack of resources such as papers, pens, cars for home visits, telephones, offices and a very low salary
