They have a very good culture going. Everyone there is a people's person. The product is a good product to sell. We always get good leads. Travelling is abit hectic as the hour we start is at 8am. However, it's a good company. I just need a new challenge and growth with in the company I work for as I have been at direct independent brokers for the pass 4 years and still in the same position.

Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape
Management is biased, employees have no rights whatsoever, disorganised, quick to fire and by the way there is only a final written waning, and no verbal warning. They only employ those they can control( slaves ). Saturdays are like church days( not paid as overtime in fact not paid at all for them exept the mandatory one)
Pros
commision
Cons
no rights ( long hours )

Calling Mfc existing clients to inform them about The Credit Life Cover that was never put in place when they financed for their vehicles. Company has nice commission and gives us free lunch once you made your target for that day.
Pros
Leaving early on fridays
