Innovative, Challenging, Learning
I left Distell in 2013 to challenge myself in the financial industry. I wanted to improve my six sigma skills within the transactional industry (Financial Industry). It did not take me long to realise that Distell, a small South African company was leaps and bounds ahead of the two South African banks I worked for. People management, training and development, succession panning, work life balance, innovation, managing financing are top of the lists, far ahead of the banks. I was fortunate to work and meet some of the most successful people in the industry. I enjoyed the transparency and a sense of belonging in my daily work. I would receommend any youngster who wants to join a company to join Distell. World class processes and methodologies.
