Loved it before
Clerk (Current Employee) - Stellenbosch, Western Cape - 29 October 2019
Waking up in the morning you always felt good to go to Distell but the culture of Distell changed so much that you've lost that joy of actually going to work in the morning. Distell has lost that touch with there employees, many people leaving Distell because of management and there lies. I just go to work because i need to put food on the table and bills to pay, that's it. No joy, no excitement, no hope.

Loyal and supportive company
Admin Clerk (Current Employee) - Johannesburg, GP - 14 April 2015
The most typical day at the office is - to enter the workplace and to be given tasks that I wasn't prepared for and doing them promptly
I learned how to manage any situation thrown at me at the spur of the moment.
I have the freedom to explain my mistakes and how to rectify them.
The hardest part of my job is time management and accuracy
I enjoy the sense of achievement at the end of the day, when I was pushed to the limits and I shone above them.
Pros
Birthday packs
Cons
Standard procedures count for everyone

admin clerk (Current Employee) - GP(springs) - 21 October 2014
I got my own schedule on where to start everyday as I have lot to do for a day,and I manage my dairy well interms of the meetings.ive learned a lot here how production is running their machine since we producing ciders, the importancy of co2 and nitrogen in it and how to handle a high volume of stock, and have good relationship with my co workers anda team player.
the hardest part of the job is to manage the high volume of stock with few people, thats where the challenge is because I will end up leaving my job and helping out where I see a gap but at the end of day I will be done with my schedule unless if I got a dealine to meet.
being recognised at what you are doing is very good and it helps one to have confidence and enjoy your job
