This company has a toxic work culture where people are tremendously stressed and not truly appreciated.

While the company's website paints the workplace as a safe and friendly place to work, people are placed under extreme strain due to unrealistic amounts of goals and timelines. There is not enough resources to reach the goals either. Many people literally do 2 or 3 people's amount of work. When overload is highlighted it is ignored. If you want to die young, this is the place to work for. There is a very hierarchical management style as well, with nearly all decisions directly impacting employees not discussed with us. Due to overload and unrealistic timelines, there are lots of product quality issues as well. Forget it if you want a promotion. No matter how entrepreneurial you are, they'll keep you on the same seniority level forever. Know of many talented colleagues who never got post level promotions for all 10-15 or more years they were at the company. Always lame excuses for not promoting. Backbreaking, humanly impossible demands to match the lack of recognition though. Bullying and victimizing managers get only a slap on the wrist but kept as managers.

Leadership does not appreciate its workers

The management is toxic and does not appreciate its workers. The environment is toxic. The management does not appreciate its workers and those who do are oppressed. The hours are long.

Very backward autocratic micro management style esp at Springs site.

Company is great place overall the only issue is the Management style at the different sites. Managers have little or no executive experience nor people skills. Culture is very demotivating for staff, no growth opportunities and lots of favoritism. Staff is very demoralized.

Job for life if you willing to learn

Exiting&challenging environment. Exposure to other areas within the organisation especially at a management level for those eager to progress. Not fixed in your job scope. Vast amount of in-house training available. Improvement on flexible working hours within certain job grades. Not yet world class with regards to attendance per employee. not market related salary, but great job security. Average of 34 years continued service levels

happy enviroment but poor salary and insentives

kept busy with variouse projects. Learned allot about wine making.Management was very laid back might be the reason for the happy work enviroment.Working in extream heat outside in the sun.Best part of the job was working alongside great staff.

Well structured working environment. Good workforce ethic

Start Computer and prepare functions for the day. Open programme to start days activities and calls to Customers to place their orders on the system. Interact with all departments in order to deliver alcoholic beverages on time and in full to Customers, various stores, restaurants. How important it is too know how to communicate with the customer and information regarding the product. Knowledge is vital regarding the various processes in different department to ensure all processes run smoothly. Management and staff are very professional and there is a sense of family and good work ethic.
