DMC is a company that employs energetic individuals, you have to be goal driven all the time adher to company rules. The manner in which you conduct yourself is very important, you have to be punctual. Working at DMC educates you about a lot of things e.g: how important it is for one to have a clear and positive credit score, prescription and negotiation skills. There are also fun days that they always host to motivate workers, where they give away beautiful and useful gifts and the salary is not bad because basically you get what you work for( you earn your money). The management is very good.

During the 3 years i worked there i have come to understand that that place doesn't value you as a person. I would wake up and go in at 9 o'clock in the morning to ' push' as we call it for my commission to atleast get a decent salary at the end of the month, but lo and behold my efforts will no show at the end of the month. Its a debt collections company o understand but we cannot force clients to pay. I widh they ccan understand that.
Like to work at dmc coz we help people & I do like to assist and we also improve their lives, hardest part its when clients don't pay as promised to .
Typical day of work,consists of conducting outbound calls to DMC clients . Reaching agreements with clients on PTP’s (Promise to Pay) from existing clients on Acquired, Reactivate, Originated and Outsourced debt from Real People and other outsourced companies.We also educate customers on all relevant legislation relating to their financial status and credit profile and negotiate best payment solution with customers. I've learned how to manage irate clients and how to segmenet clients so that I am offering them the best solution to their debt obligations. It is a young and vibrant work culture with lots of potential to grow. The hardest part of the job is closing sales between 6 - 8 am in the morning, client are irate and getting ready to go to work The most enjoyable partof the job is the vibrant and energetic workculture that is youthful and full of drive

Dmc is great to work for. There are alot of rulea but im sure every callcentre has those. I enjoyed apeaking to clients and trying to help them by making arrangements. theres alot of stress with reaching targets but aslong as you are a hard worker like i am,then you will find it easy
