working for dotsure was amazing in the beginning as it was my first time working and being in that customer services environment.The pay was not so great for the amount of work done, environment was also very stressful.

- Analyze customer service requirements and inform of all available services.
- Administer all customer orders, provide appropriate consultation to customers for various products

- Manage all customer issues and resolve complaints effectively.

- Manage all customer enquiries via telephone and email and ensure appropriate assistance in compliance with company policies and procedures

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service

- Prepare documents for individual accounts to ensure follow up on all pending transactions

Meeting, check emails, recycle previous days work while waiting for new leads to generate, close sales and reycle old leads in between, capture info from the new leads. SELL SELL SELL !
