Daily process of claims,payments,update credit limits,update customer info,reconciliation of accounts,Telephone queries from customers and supporting sales reps.helpother regions with queries.list with extra requirements from customers,eg send statements out on excel,attached POD to invoices.

Pressurized environment

Experience was great but their training is not up to date. Lot of work, e.g admin, raising claims and discounts, not enough time to go through your book to collect in between there is client meetings every month.

fun workplace, awesome management skills.

best company one could ever work for. lots of growth opportunities. benefits are amazing and job is secure. lost of friendly faces. it almost feels like family when walking in.

Same location

Productive, underpressure, long hours and funny

VW side Centurion, was the hardest because picking was for the VW employees and packing was for the DSV employees. DSV would suffer the late picking as it will lead to long hour of overtime and over loaded work.
