Micromanaging and favoritism is a big problem leading to employees not being happy and productive, working hours are long and poor planning by management.

Hard working, loyal and honest. Humble enough to start at the bottom and work my way up

What is the best part of working at the company?Having paid holidays, sick days and personal days is also a crucial part of feeling happy with work. Your employer should understand that you need paid time away every so often. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Dealing with HR’s lack of professionalism. The supervisors do not advocate for their employees, and the constant policy changes. Also be prepared to work a lot of Saturdays.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?a collection of attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that make up the regular atmosphere in a work environmentWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?I start the day off by checking my emails. This way, I can reply to clients and get everything organized at the start of the day. I then look over my to-do list and get started on the projects that have my top priority. I spend most of my morning writing social media posts and designing visuals to go with them. I find that I am most creative in the morning, which is why I like to do my brainstorming and writing right away

Most employment terms are contracted

Unfair salary wage if you have a non-supportive manager. Low growth opportunities. Pro - good to see the name appearing on your cv for employment history

Worst Workplace Ever

Management is underhanded. Felt like being back at school with the Managements constant "skinnering" culture, minding everyone's business . They don't encourage their employees to grow within the business. Managers hardly work, on internet whole day. Then discipline workers if they slack at work. Rather break them down. Worst company I've ever worked at. (Ford contract PE).

It is fun workplace and safe.Dsv ensures its employees are well safe and protected when it comes to safety.it is strictly prohibited its employees to be absent to work and without producing a letter showing the reason of your absenteeism.

Tiring working hours

Nice working environment but it is extremely exhausting since I also lived far. The salaries are quite fare but was not enough because most of it goes to transport if you live far

They respect other people personal information, culture

The thing is iwas enjoying to work there but my contract was finished.but Ireally enjoyed to work there .my review is when the manager see that you are a hard worker and you love your job they must extend your contract but they are a nice people in DsV company I enjoyed to work with them even though my time was finished..

Demanding workplace but still rewarding.

Monitor and ensure all shipments are received in full and on time with no discrepancies recorded.?Ensure all discrepancies are recorded, investigated and reported.?Ensure all agent invoices are received prior to month end closure.?Ensure accuracy of invoice rates as agreed.?Ensure all invoices are allocated and supporting documents received as stipulated in the Customs and Excise act.?Ensure prompt monthly closure and submission of all filled entries.?Ensure all closed files ready for payment are forwarded to Accounts prior to cut off date.? Application of SADC certificates, required licences ? Writing of appeals were necessary and submission of reports.

No growth, biased management.

No formal growth. Duties are added on but there is no recognition and/or growth. Queries are never resolved on time. Management is a bit biased. The environment can be quite high pressured from time to time. Zero regards for the lower income employees.

It was very nice I don't want to lie we work as team you get your wages monthend no quiries even if you work overtime you get paid for it and you get food for overtime

Stressful and poor management

Work is Stressful, bias, no work life balance, poor management, culture is stressful with no flexibility. Benefits are poor and favourable if you high up the hierarchy.
