Hard working, loyal and honest. Humble enough to start at the bottom and work my way up

What is the best part of working at the company?Having paid holidays, sick days and personal days is also a crucial part of feeling happy with work. Your employer should understand that you need paid time away every so often. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Dealing with HR’s lack of professionalism. The supervisors do not advocate for their employees, and the constant policy changes. Also be prepared to work a lot of Saturdays.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?a collection of attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that make up the regular atmosphere in a work environmentWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?I start the day off by checking my emails. This way, I can reply to clients and get everything organized at the start of the day. I then look over my to-do list and get started on the projects that have my top priority. I spend most of my morning writing social media posts and designing visuals to go with them. I find that I am most creative in the morning, which is why I like to do my brainstorming and writing right away

Productive work place

I enjoyed working at DSV. I liked how the staff all got along well. Managers were also cool. But it is difficult if you are looking for career growth.

Overall good company but lacking in training and good management. Systems in place also cannot facilitate for the clients expectations. Lacking in good leadership and support

Fun workplace

DSV is a fun place to work at wonderful colleagues, i have learned alot like working without supervision, there will be times when you have to work overtime.

Productive and fun place of work

Typical day at work - scanning in of freight, calling clients for delivery appointments, handle queries and assist with incoming calls from clients. I have learned how to work in almost every department within the branch. I get along with my colleagues and we always make our working environment fun by helping each other and having work occasional conversations about various things. The hardest part of the job would be to have to do more than one person's job when a colleague is on vacation. The most enjoyable part is having to work with a great team. Whenever there's conflict, it gets sorted out immediately. We don't enjoy working in a tense environment and believe that we are suppose to make our job fun.

Not a long term plan

Did data capturing and didn't even receive half of my weekly wages when i enquired about the missing amounts i was ignored, when i tried sorting the matter i received empty promises

Loved DSV

I worked at DSV for 6 years and as usual all companies have their ups and downs. But that was my second home. The staff was like family. Everything was always done the proper way.

I like to work and get the work done and like to work in a place whre i am respect so i can work an enjoy in what i do .

I work in a warehouse courie company ....i learned alot over the years an build up exsperiance for the time i work here.working with a scanner is fun an scanning the poeples work in an out of thy vichel is fun

working late isnt an issue in order to get the job done.

Checking Unpacks of containers at Depots, arranging deliveries . I've learned that not everybody is your friend , some of them pretend to be or some is just using you ( knowledge ) to get to the top... Management , always delegating & takes all the credit . workplace is fun at times especially lunch times , nice to socialize with colleagues . hardest part would be a task that is giving to you which clearly you know nothing what's going on that you have figure it out yourself . my most enjoyable part is learning new things everyday...

Everyday is productive because parcels are delivered on daily basis.

DSV is a fine organization to be part of. Gaining so much experience in an organization that world-wide is one or the incredible experiences one could ever get. Learned so much in the administration department as I was multi-tasking, being a data entry capture and an administration clerk at the same time. Working with people or different cultures as well, you get to learn new things not only work related but a life as in general.
