I've managed to work under pressure, with lack of support from management to subordinate,am working Monday to Sunday with only one day off which is Saturday, so am ready for any challenge. Since am working under labour broker (adcorpblu) for five years now.
Dsv is not bad company but the work at were house was very slowly, To load the truck an when you finishing loading the paper work take year to be sorted.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
I enjoyed every single day from day one meeting friendly and loving stuff, also good an strict management, there are hardest times as well where we have to work 2x harder than usual due to different loads .but mostly everything are easy you get to learn more about the company, more different job inside like warehousing experience, scanning, how to do your daily envelopes too many to learn at DSV as a worker
Working at dsv gave me an experience ,and one of the best experience i would highlight is working underpreasure but still do the target
I loved working for dsv the company was professional and the management was the best It felt like home overall i had a great experience working at dsv
As workers we work hard to be employed permanently but at Dsv you can work 5years no permanent for you. I was a hardworker within 3 months I received an award for employee of the month. As soon as I saw there were no prospect for permanent employment I resigned. It was a experience I got from Dsv but we can't work for the rest of our lives as temporal workers.

Great learning curve. Stepping stone if you are passionate about being a professional driver/ courier, great work environment and teamwork. Meeting new individuals daily.
Exploring new places or locations and meeting new people/clients
Early hour shift start
To find the route is full of parcels and to be given other parcels which are out off the route. And what i have learned, is to learn how you work under pressure. And the most thing that is important is TIME. The workplace is totally comfortable and easy to work at. My hardest part was time , cause sometimes time its a most saddest thing. But at the end everything is been done well and no complain from the customers and the management. The enjoyable part is to be rewarded with the job that you were giving yourself into.
Good environment amongst workers but management is very poor undermines people, buyest and racially discriminates ,the most enjoyable part about working there is that you meet a lot of clients so that has boosted my character on how to deal with deferent kinds of people
