Fun place to work in and can improve on the management style.
Consultant (Current Employee) - Gauteng - 22 November 2021
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedGood place to work in but staff are too relaxed compared to other Supply Chain industries. Everyone including management is too friendly. There is room for improvement if the management style changes. Why settle for less when you can accomplish much more. Targets and deadlines can be met on a regular basis with a change in management style. Create good strong teams and lead by example.
Pros
Free light snacks for lunch. Coffee machine available
Cons
Long hours including weekends

Productive
Dispatch Clerk and Courier driver (Former Employee) - Isando, Gauteng - 17 December 2020
Never would have resigned, unfair manager left me no choice.i was required to cover two jobs on night shift and it was wearing me down. Old management was fair since they always assigned a driver and a dispatch clerk, not one person for both roles
Pros
Bonuses and medical aid
Cons
Night shift more busy than day shift

Customer Service Representative/Data Capturer (Former Employee) - Florida, Gauteng - 27 February 2020
I personally found the company to be a stressful work enviroment.
The mangement, was supportive and the staff was unfriendly, I wouls not recommend for anyone to work at that enviroment.
Unless they are willing on working long hours and get under paid, depending on the agency they with.

Busy and work under pressure
Adminstrator (Current Employee) - Germiston, Gauteng - 18 February 2020
* A typical day at work would be to be productive to get as much work done as possible.
* what i have learned is to always give you best for the your job to it to the best of your ability learn as much as you can from other people and to always help where you can.
*Workplace culture treat everyone with respect and the same don't try and be that person who wants to be anything to get what they want to hurt people think about other peoples feelings as well, but keep things at work professional.
* The hardest part of the job is knowing that you have given your all and not getting the recognition that you deserve and other people that credit for work that you have done.
*Most enjoyable part of the job is meeting new people all the time and learning new things.

We were exploited most of the time,I hated working there because we would work overtime and never got paid for .
Administrative clerk Assistant (Former Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 13 January 2020
She treated us like trash, always threatening us with our jobs, never allowing us to write the correct time for knocking off, would work on Saturday and she wouldn't let us sign in the register,so we worked for free on Saturday and she wouldn't even compensate us with transport money.
