Durban South Toyota is a professional company selling popular products. It has a good working environment.
This is essentially the sales job. (Current Employee) - Umlazi, KwaZulu-Natal - 28 September 2016
Planning the day- follow up on prospects. Attempt to close deals by marrying available stock with prospects' needs. Do field work and phone potential prospects.
Attend to customer queries and solve, with the involvement of management, Do deliveries of purchased cars,
Attend sales meetings and suggest improvements and additional stock for the betterment of the dealership, Do licensing documentation for customers.
Help new colleagues with the sales process.
The hardest part is in dealing with a willing prospect and not have the specific vehicle they are looking for.
What is most enjoyable is to observe a happy customer taking delivery of their car and talking to a satisfied customer relating the joy they derive from their car.
Pros
Freedom to earn more
Cons
Prospects' deals being declined
