Covid19 Monitor (Former Employee) - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal - 3 November 2021
You get to work if they called you sometimes they will not call you the whole month and their rate per hour is relatively small... As bad as it is,ni would recommend them to friends who are currently unemployed because at least it puts food on the table......
Pros
Off days to do other things
Cons
Long hours

It's good company, but the problem is with short term contract
Electrician Artisan (Former Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 20 January 2020
I would work for dupro my lifetime, but the problem is that your job is not secure for future due to thier short term contract, and that it's a agent, which means, you wouldn't be dealing directly with the employer, which means even your benefits and job security is always at risk

Electrician Assistant (Former Employee) - Sandton, Gauteng - 3 September 2019
We always worked to chase time and I learnt to be organized all the time. I enjoyed doing faults and new installations. The hardest part was when we had to dig the wall for conduits.

productivity and good challenging work place
junior labour consultant (Current Employee) - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal - 11 April 2018
It is good work to do in day work visiting the clients i serviced and receiving the reports, attending the problems, incidents/I.O.D's, wage queries, annual leaves, hearings/disciplinarians.
I learned staff management, efficient and effective servicing of the clients. multi tasking. chairing the hearings, assisting with the leaves for the employees. administration duties as well as hours calculation and inductions.
good management skills and accuracy on number of heads required by the client.
workplace culture is mostly in all HR functions because i do and submit the payroll, headcounts, management, leave applications, wage queries, sick leaves and family responsibility leaves, maintaining health and safety talks, inducting the new employees.
the hardest part of the job is where you have to do the I.O.D investigation and find the facts and reported to the client where to find that the clients is not responding positively on tom your findings.
the most enjoyable part of work is where we placing the employees in their position making sure that all are in a position of working in terms of health and safety wear, recruiting, payroll.
