Great team members with amazing drive & desire for perfection.
Senior Manager (Former Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape - 18 April 2022
Edgars side was filled with politics & indecisiveness - no solid consistent strategy as it kept changing every year. High mistrust culture & too much focus on merchandising as opposed to managing financials
Pros
Exposure to different business units
Cons
Inconsistency - leadership could not manage the income statement at all.

It motivated you to better yourself, there was also the opportunity to better yourself. Very diverse environment and a culture that would suit almost everyone The hardest part is competition amongst everyone to prove you the best The most enjoyable was to be recognized as a hard worker

Store Manager (Former Employee) - Randburg, Gauteng - 9 March 2022
Employees were continuously and consistently trained and developed to match the ever changing and competitive retail environment . The organization encouraged collaboration. We attended seasonal workshops to ensure that there is uniformity across all stores. Information on the organization performance was shared openly to encourage more output from all employees. All employees were made share holders.

Help agent to build good customer relation (Former Employee) - Regional credit office, Johannesburg - 7 March 2022
Customer centricity was our core. i have learned a lot about working with different types of people and it help me to have different approach to individuals. Management style was very style was very strict so that we meet our customers expectation within a certain turn around time. the hardest part was when you cannot provide what customers requested based on policy and procedures. The most enjoyable part was when we met the service level agreement and all get rewarded for that, and also when the closing the call with a satisfied customer.
Pros
Improve written and verbal communication of individuals, have a sense of urgency in everything that you do, and treating people with care and respect. also company growth
Cons
based in tight policy process and procedure, loss of customer base.
