Working for edcom was okay it was not bad and it was not good.most of the time we work long hours for little money, but for me it was more of a learning experience as it was my first job and therefore i would recommend it for beginners(for first time job seekers)
Pros
free tea and an hour lunch break
Cons
long hour and no recognition of providing a brilliant job

Give permanent post to casuals working for more than 2 years
Cashier/Sales Assistant (Former Employee) - Lephalale, Limpopo - 14 December 2016
I think edcon must atleast increase the rate for casuals and must also think somehow of giving them something based on their service. Casuals are working more than managers
Pros
Incentives
Cons
Long standing hours for cashiers
