Challenging workplace at the moment

I could write a lot here but I don't believe in naming and shaming. Used to be a wonderful place to work, but has become a place with high staff turnover.

Great company, great people all round with a strong culture of work life balance at the core of the DNA of the company.
The most enjoyable part was working on the ever changing technologies within the broadcast space.
