ENAV8 is a company that doesn't not support employees and employers engagement. I wrote an email asking for a clarification but a response to my email was being let go. I was told I'll be paid for the days I've worked only to be told salary is with held because I have company assets which was one of the concerns I had that I do not even have uniform to begin with.
They hire a group of young people in their 20s to exploit them overwork them and underpay, the rate of which people leave this company and are fired is questionable still waiting for the day that someone fights, poor management skills and they have one person managing all operations for every account that they have who is actually doing such a bad job if you ask me....itmeme.mwohere though
Well mentored, always willing to assist with quarries and learn something new. Was well supported and would love to work for the company again in the correct roll and for the correct salary
Management is flexible
Contract base employment
Day always starts of busy, mostly with a short 10 to 30 min management meeting. Enjoyable part is learning from others and also imparting what you know. Most difficult is dealing with resistance to change and new ideas.
Each person should be accountable
I would get to work, open the shop, switch on all electrical appliances, check schedules, floor positioning, check all appliances for faults or defects, and then help customers until closing time where i would switch off all appliances, and close up shop. while i worked there i learned especially how to work with different types of people (rich, poor, difficult, over friendly, different races and cultures etc) i also learned how to convince almost anyone to buy almost anything and how to deal with very little sleep and time and difficult and pressing situations. I had very good management, but manager was present very little of the times so i had to and did learn to be independent. i had very good relationships with all my co-workers, if any problems occurred it was sorted out professionally and with mutual respect. The hardest part of the job was the almost impossible hours, and the lack of anything except standing and helping/pleasing customers. The most enjoyable part was meeting a lot of new people very day, the excitement on a client's face when he or she is pleased and the friendships i gained with co-workers.
very late hours (uncomfortable shifts), no excitement
