No communication around managment decisions and no engagement with employees

I am a person who believes in transparency and honesty. I also prefer direct management providing feedback when it comes to over performance. At ERM culture was different. Management is not prepared to teach and develop their team, it was only a certain few that were promoted and trained. Does not support and train junior consultants/analysts

It is quite a toxic work environment. Interns receive no on-the-job training but are expected to be billable every week. This sets interns up for failure and there is a lot of humiliating/bullying when a mistake occurs.

Zero job security

ERM is a good company to work for if you're a consultant.
