It was a great working environment. Racism existed, serious problems done by white employees would be swept under the carpet, black people get punished for every little mistake they make, or even get fired as a result. Clients would sometimes get angry at you as an Agent for their own mistakes with no apology after resolving the issue.

Always keep smiling

As like in any company the environment can get really stressful , and through all the experiences I had was to just keep your head up and smile , no matter in what situation you are in. I have learned that people can get very attached to the colleagues they have been working with for a long time and some don't like changes. The best part of the job was the effort that was made to assist clients and when ever there was a big sale the bell would ring. and everyone would cheer

There was a vending mashine (Not expensive)

Cons

All breaks (lunch, Bathroom and tea time) 1 hour
