They don't want to pay their employee's but it's a fun place to be at even though you work long hours and never get recognized by management. We basically work just to pay our dues.

Good company, good environment, with good management team
Call Screener (Former Employee) - Roodepoort, Gauteng - 12 February 2021
I recommend the company to anyone, I am hoping to grow within the company myself. The HR team is so professional, colleagues are too. However, my manager himself lacks leadership skills. But the rest is good

Not a well managed company with a racist ceo
Retentions Consultant (Current Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 24 February 2020
People are exploited for peanuts with the rudest ceo you’ve ever met. People are clearly using money for their own means, I was told in order to be kept for a permanent contract I need to sleep with some one important. What a joke

Good company
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT (Former Employee) - Florida, Gauteng - 5 January 2020
Europe assistance is a good company but the problem is that they don't pay enough. The salary is too low to cover my need because I have to support my family even my brothers with that little money it's not enough and the shifts are long

Relaxed environment
Call Centre/Office Services Supervisor (Former Employee) - Constantia Kloof, Gauteng - 26 November 2019
Good environment but minimal earning potential. It was difficult to grow and earn better money until we got retrenched, none the less the treatment was good by management.

High Energy Call Centre Environment
Case Manager (Former Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 22 June 2018
A day at work will be on a given shift. In this shift environment you learn patience, kindness and a team effort is compulsory.
Management are rarely visible, this enable us t take ownership of queries and using one's initiative.
The workplace is rich in Cross-cultural diversities, this makes the atmosphere more exciting.
The hardest part of the job is applying for leave and management are reluctant. During peak periods you commit yourself as we are passionate . However, when you need time off or to attend to personal matters [as I am a single parent] the management are inconsiderate and officious.when you are compelled to ask related departments for help, they respond rudely and abruptly. this shows their leaders have such qualities and attributes.
The most enjoyable part of the job is viewing your statistics, taking the most calls, when your entire team contributes well. Asking other departments for help and you are assisted, beyond your expectations.
The people who are desperate stay and take abuse. The employees with passion , leave [not the company] They resign form shoddy managers, who lack simple leadership qualities, attentive listening and showing empathy at the required times.
Pros
Free Coffee
Cons
Rude team leaders, inconsiderate managers, Unhelpful HR department
