Great teaming culture

My experience at EY has been great. Management is very supportive and gives timely feedback regarding projects. Good exposure to big clients. The only two disadvantages are that the salary is lower than what the market offers. Can be very fast paced and high pressure environment during peak season.

Great place for growth

Very fast paced environment with lots of opportunities to learn. Unfortunately the salary benefits are not competitive with the industry. The department culture can become toxic during stressful times of the year.

I recommend EY to anyone who wants to venture in Accounting, Tax, strategy, assurance,and auditing. The management there is so friendly and always make sure you comfortable as the employee.
