A typical day at work will be to attend meetings with system suppliers and discuss projects. Then meet with business leads to give updates and recommendations. Support system users and provide training when needed. Ensure that data is recorded correctly in the system and flag possible issues. I have learned that if you give 100% to your work you will receive good results and it is vital to communicate effectively with other team members. Workplace culture was a team of highly motivated professionals. Hardest part of the job was when a business lead does not specify correct business requirements and i needed to do a lot of research before hand. Most enjoyable part was when all departments could perform their daily duties with ease and being productive.
Fun people and a great working environment. This company looks well after its people in my experience and is perfect for growing your career. I have no complaints toward this company what so ever.

Typical day-HR Generalist work eg. Recruitment, performance management, disciplinary issues, assistance/guidance to employees and management, reporting, meetings. I learned a lot about the food manufacturing and franchising. The Management at Famous Brands were a pleasure to work with. I worked in a team of terrific co workers The hardest part of my job was the fact that we grew by 652 employees since I joined and I was working generally from 6h30 to 6pm so there was very little work/life balance. (I would like to stress I don't mind working overtime when there is a need, however the hours I was working were continuous) The most enjoyable part of my job was the satisfaction I got from problem solving on a daily basis.

Learning and training
Team work was key to obtaining our goals. Motivating staff goes a long way to keep staff loyal. Long hours during peak season was necessary and most individuals did so without being asked. The volume of work required was a little unmanageable. Mingling with fellow employees at year end and team building functions.
- Work is from 7-4:30 -Fun enviroment/ great team - typical morning starts with taste sessions and discussion of products - looking at micro and analytical results -monitoring staff members (managing) -the most enjoyable part of my job is when we participate in proficiency testing and we get a good set of results, this shows the commitment and steady work of the team
