Productive
Personal Assistant (Former Employee) - Roodepoort, Gauteng - 17 August 2019
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThe security industry is a very demanding industry. I normally started my day with checking my manager's e-mails. Typing of minutes, preparing reports. I learned a lot about the security industry, which I found very interesting. The company have some of the best managers that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Fidelity is like a big family. The hardest part of the job must be the fast pace, I enjoyed working for such an fast growing company.
Pros
Training of staff
Cons
Fast pace

The site they place me in is ok at times, the client would come with instructions that go against what we were taught as security guards and also our hours were dropped to top it all I leave my house as early as 6 o'clock in morning and getting back home.at about 7:30 in the evening but only getting paid for 8 hours.I would have loved to stay with the company but with all these it has become unbearable

control room operator Nedbank (Current Employee) - Gauteng, Gauteng - 12 January 2017
a day at work is like a day in prison ,u sit there from 6am -6pm and get 30min tea break and 30min lunch break ,you have to work 21days in order to get R4250 which is called a "basic salary",before getting the job there is a polygraphy test u need to do than after u got the job they charge you for it R200 for 4months and the charge you for headsets you have to use at work R216 for 4 months ,the hardest thing about this job is knowing that there is people who work lest hours than you do and they still earn much.
