Advancement and higher pay rates are available to insurance agents not to the support team of the company. But as an insurance agent the availability for commissions is definitely there. Benefits such as health insurance, 401k, etc. are not available.
I learned how to count money. Process bill payments..Typical work day was set on a schedule of deadlines.Make sure cash drawer balances out. Managed 5 employees.

Good work environment
24/7 as needed for two state market of contractors needing financial solutions for their projects. Real estate title work , mortgage and financing skills. I was a one man band.None. Constant hours with extensive travel in two state region.My own boss.
