Typical days at work would be be when systems goes offline and we would have call after calls when we back online,I have learned a lot on how to control my emotions as I was doing death claims so I had to be as professional as possible,I also got learn how to listen attentivly and give feedback on customer's query

I enjoy working with my team as they're the one element that makes come to work. My typical day at work is to login around 07:45 take calls , load new claims, assess existing claims and advise of excess if they meet terms if not escalate them through to the underwriters. Followup on devices that are booked in for repairs and generate repair qoutes then advise of excess. The problem has to be the wages that are way below the agreed legislative minimum wage and the working environment is not necessarily conducive productivity and one's health.
I enjoyed working at Finrite Administrators and gained positive working experience . I started off as a call centre agent . The company recognized potential and I was promoted twice . I obtained my RE5 working at the company
