A typical day at Fraser Alexander within HR is always dynamic due to our business's various needs and the clients we serve. Every day is unique and requires most of the time some innovative, independent and problem solving orientated thinking. At Fraser Alexander we value all employees and their contributions and we work hand in hand with management to resolve queries optimally and timeously to ensure a conducive work environment where employees can perform optimally. Good benefits and salaries
Long hours; Job insecurity
The trust that my superior placed in me since the day I started "Temping" at Fraser Alexander - Tailings. Allowed to implement my own ideas regarding the processes I had to follow to finalise a death claim. Co-workers very helpful and friendly, Hardest part was tying all the "loose" ends together before starting with the actual process but managed to work through it all. I am a Payroll Administrator for more than 20 years and learned everyting about the process of Death Claims as a Benefits Administrator. The most enjoyable part of the job is when a Death Claim is finalised and full payments were processed to the beneficiaries of the deceased due to the fact that the families were immediately cut off from a regular monthly income once the bread winner passes away and have to wait for months for the next income.
